When I Tell God, “No!”
Sometimes we as women, have a hard time saying “no”. When a friend asks if you want to go out for dessert when you have a pile of laundry waiting to be tamed, you go anyway. When your boss asks you to take on a new project, knowing you are drowning in work, you say “sure, no problem.”

Ultimately, we are told to fear the Lord. Proverbs 9:10 tells us that the fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom. The Hebrew word here for fear is yir’ ah meaning reverence and respect for God.

Godly Ambition
So, what is ambition? Is it biblical? Can I find it in scripture? And if so, how does God want us to live out godly ambition for his glory?
